Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your shoes in their original Wittner box and attach the generated shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your new exchange pair within 5 business days.
